for a T-shirt that will be worn by
all Louisiana Winter, 2007 students.
Please email your design by December
31st to
gulfcoastcivicworks@gmail.com,
and we will make sure that it is one
of the images that will appear on
the web page.
Students who are participating in
Louisiana Winter will vote by
January 3, and the design with the
most votes will win.
This contest is open to EVERYONE.

Rules
Specifications of finished art
SIZE: Vertical format 18"x24"
(maximum image area) in either a
full bleed or not.
Color: Up to four (4)
standard printing (PMS) colors.

Preparation
of Comprehensive Entries

The artist is to submit an
electronic version, preferably
jpg format.

Each entry must have an
identification label with the
name, address, and phone number
of the artist and a signed
artist's agreement
(see identification card and
artist's agreement form below )

Completion of Camera-Ready art by
Winner
The winning artist will assist in
preparation of camera-ready
mechanicals.
Care of Entries
Every precaution will be taken to
return entries but the Gulf Coast
Civic Works Project assumes no
responsibility for loss or damage.

creation and not previously
copyrighted.

The winner will be notified by

Statement
of Rights
The Gulf Coast Civic Works Team
reserves the right to photograph and
exhibit all entries. The winning
artist will release all rights to
the Gulf Coast Civic Works Team at
which time the winning entry will
become the property of Gulf Coast
Civic Works Project. The Gulf Coast
Civic Works Project reserves the
right to reproduce any works
accepted in the competition for
publicity purposes.
